Those who struggle with anxiety search for ways to combat this difficult disorder. The use of essential oils has gained popularity in recent years. It can be a bit overwhelming with understanding what oil is best for what ailment. In this post, you will find three diffuser blends and three roller bottle blends to help calm those anxieties.
Diffuser Blends

Diffusers can be used for blends that deodorize a room to help treat a cold to creating a relaxing environment. When you are dealing with anxiety, a relaxing blend is key. Being able to sit and breathe will give you the chance to calm the anxiety.
Diffuser blend #1:
- 2 drops of Lavender
- 2 drops of Geranium
- 1 drop of Roman Chamomile
Diffuser blend #2:
- 3 drops of Lavender
- 2 drops of Cedarwood
- 1 drop of Frankincense
Diffuser blend #3
- 2 drops of Peppermint
- 2 drops of Lavender
- 2 drops of Lemon
In order to make the most of your anxiety reducing blend, take the time to relax. Grab a book from your “to be read” pile, watch a show that makes you laugh or just take a few minutes to rest.
Roller Bottle Blends

Anxiety doesn’t schedule a time to invade your life. Often you may be blindsided by an anxiety attack. This makes using a diffuser tricky if you are out and about or at work. Roller bottles are the perfect carry along for your anxiety treatments!
Roller bottle Blend #1
- 10ml glass roller bottle
- 4 drops of Orange
- 3 drops of Bergamot
- 3 drops of Lavender
- Top with fractionated coconut oil
Roller bottle Blend #2
- 10 ml glass roller bottle
- 4 drops of Lavender
- 3 drops of Peppermint
- 3 drops of Frankincense
- Top with fractionated coconut oil
Roller bottle Blend #3
- 10 ml glass roller bottle
- 5 drops of Bergamot
- 2 drops of Roman Chamomile
- 3 drops of Frankincense
- Top with fractionated coconut oil
When you begin to feel anxiety rising, apply the roller bottle behind each ears. You can also apply to the inside of the wrists. Take a moment to breathe and go about your day.
